HealthBridge Care Coordinators Earn Staycation!

Through a continued focus on client happiness and service delivery excellence, HealthBridge's Care Coordination Team has earned a "staycation."  The care coordinators achieved significant milestones related to client service and company growth, substantially exceeding expectations in the process.  To celebrate their success, the Team and their families are going to spend the weekend at the Great Wolf Lodge, the new indoor water park resort. 

Our care coordinators constantly collaborate with our clients to come up with creative, innovative senior care solutions.  I'm thrilled with the work they've done.  Congratulations and have fun!
