Who says social media is just for kids?  HealthBridge, a Dallas Elder Care Provider, has assembled over 150 fans on Facebook! 

Facebook is the popular social media website that allows people to connect with their friends and become fans of the companies they like.  For family caregivers, it's a great way to connect directly to HealthBridge and learn about elder care news, special offers and more.
