Alz DonationWe're proud to announce that HealthBridge clients and caregivers rallied together to support the Alzheimer's Association!  Fighting Alzheimer's Disease is a cause that's important to the HealthBridge family as it affects so many of our loved ones. 

In the photo, HealthBridge CEO Matt Johnson is presenting a check to Alzheimer's Association Greater Dallas Chapter CEO John Gilchrist.
