Last week MSNBC published a list that got me thinking..."12 Surprising Signs You'll Live to 100." I don't often think about becoming a happy and healthy centenarian, but why the heck not?!? I certainly have Dallas elder care clients that have come very close to this amazing milestone. My first thought is that you have to start early.
