Dallas Senior Care Giver of the Week-Caroline Egbuka

We are proud to announce that our caregiver of the week is  Caroline Egbuka! Caroline answers our "Caregiver Interview" below. 

Why did you become a caregiver?

I became a caregiver in order to give compassionate care to people in need.

Tell us the Funniest moment you've had caring for a senior?

My funniest moment with a senior was when my client was asked to use a walker for the first time. Instead of walking with the walker, he carried it.

Describe something interesting you've learned from a client.

To leave a good legacy for my loved ones.

If you weren't a caregiver, what other type of work would you enjoy?

Psychologist.

What is one thing you wish your clients knew about you, but don't?

My being a contributory factor to their everyday happiness.

What's your favorite movie?

The Titanic-I love historic events.

Outside of work, what's your favorite activity?

Spending time with my family.

If you could go anywhere on vacation, where would you go?

Israel-To see the birth place of Jesus.

What's your favorite time of year?

Winter, when we get very busy taking care of clients.

Who is your hero?

My son, Chucks. He made me a proud mother.
