When we started HealthBridge Financial, our primary goal was to tackle the urgent issue of patients facing financial burdens due to out-of-pocket costs for medical care. We recognized the emotional and financial stress that patients endure, and this understanding became the driving force behind our mission.

We believed there had to be a better way – one that didn't rely on conventional methods like standard or medical credit cards, or burden patients with an application process. Our professional experience also taught us that the entire healthcare sector suffers from the impact of patients' unpaid bills and from care avoidance due to financial concerns.

This belief in the power of innovation led us to develop a unique solution that is transforming the patient payment cycle.

We founded HealthBridge Financial to empower patients to access medical care with the confidence that they can afford it. We kept this mission in focus as we built the technical infrastructure, financial models, and patient experience during our early years. Initially, we launched an employee benefit solution that complemented health plans. While this solution had modest success, our ability to reach patients was limited.

Today, the HealthBridge Program operates differently from any other revenue cycle, billing, or financing solution available. We are addressing the issues of healthcare access and affordability directly with providers through our innovative platform and partnerships. Together, we will reach more patients and help them afford the care they need when they need it.
